Good Design Award 2018: Net Relax excels among the winners

The well-known international award for excellence and innovation in design organised by the Chicago Athenaeum, the Good Design Award 2018 has awarded the relaxing Net Relaxfiberglass resin armchair (design: Raffaello Galiotto) in the Furniture category.
Decorated with a square hole pattern characteristic of the entire Net collection, Net Relax has a slightly rounded structure, is very pleasant to the touch and can be accessorised with soft cushions in different fabrics and gently contrasting colours.

Highly comfortable, stylish and already award-winning (ADI Design Index 2017 and Red Dot Design Award 2018), Net Relax also confirms its excellent position abroad in the selected showcase of eco-sustainable and innovative design (100% recyclable and meticulously researched packaging).

For eight decades since its inception, The Chicago Athenaeum continues the organisation of the program to create an awareness about contemporary design and to honor both products and industry leaders in design and manufacturing that have chartered new directions for innovation and pushed the envelope for competitive products in the world marketplace. Good Design® was founded in Chicago in 1950 by Edgar Kaufmann, Jr., Eero Saarinen, and Charles and Ray Eames. Mort Goldsholl also created the iconic Good Design logo in 1950.
